Would it be a good idea to run ~1 oz/gal of Neutra in mixed 2 cycle gas, in my case 50:1? That's in addition to the full amount of oil recommended. Bob, do you or anyone else have any ideas/experience with this?

(mad because I didn't think of the Schaeffer's TC oil last time at Tim's!

We have a lot that use the 131 neutra as a fuel stabilizer so you wont have any problem mixing with the fuel as it blends in with the fuel as well as the TC oil.

Thanks; BTW, that was the other thing I wanted to ask about. Is the Neutra an effective fuel stabilizer, that will eliminate the need for Stabil, etc? I hope so- it's sure a lot cheaper than Stabil. Will it keep gas good for, say, 6 months? a year, mebbe? What's a good dose? ~1 oz/gal or so? I just mixed up a fresh gal. of Chevron Super Unleaded & Stihl oil today.

Yes, 131 neutra is a fuel stabilizer that reduces the oxidation of the fuel during storage and is all you need for a stabilizer. As for recommended amounts, suggest you call Tim as he does this all the time.

Yes, 1 oz to a gal. A 16 oz. bottle treats 10 to 20 gallons of gas
