Capacity, well good luck, maybe measure what you pour out and then put that amount back in!

As far as an oil, you will get many opinions, from cheap to expensive, I would go with Mobil 1 HM 10w30 JMO

The B&S manual that came with my Toro lawn mower with a never-needs-changing B&S says essentially "use whatever"...
I'm paraphrasing here, but it has a chart showing everything from straight 30 through 15w-50 depending on temperature. It does say that 5w30 is best for all-around use.

Confusingly, the Toro manual says to use either straight 30 or 10w30. Capacity is 15 oz, but there's an unexplained asterisk on that...

* 430 ml

Since its power washer
that is a heavy load and not used in the winter. I'd run 15w40.
should hold about 16oz. my NON BS engine is 20oz iirc.

10w-30 is a sensible grade to run if you are running from as cold as 40 deg F and up to 90sF. A thicker grade like some recommended may make for harder starts in colder weather. If you are running only in summer temps I would use SAE 30. You will have less oil consumption vs. 10w30. But that is me. These engines do not have oil filters so Factory recommended oil change intervals are important. Even if you use Synthetic. people will always say on these threads, small engines fail from low oil more than anything else. So check the oil and top off as needed.
