my good friend lives in a camper. when i went to see him to day he told me that he has been eating worms. so i took him to the store a got him some real food. being eccentric is one thing but eating worms is just to much.

Just think about it......we are willing to send millions of dollars worth of food to North Korea....if they stop their Nuke program. Let's take care of our own first....before we give away the store.

I don't know how old your friend is. but if your friend is a Senior, he can qualify for free meals to be delivered to him with the Meals on Wheels program. I don't know your friend's zip code. but do a search here. find someone there to talk to. get your friend screened to see if he qualifies.

Meals on Wheels program

We do take care of our own: Food Stamps, General Assistance and Meals on Wheels are some of the programs available to men like him.

But too many abuse and take advantage of the system.

BTW Morris....Thanks for being a good friend. We need more people who show concern for others.

From what I read here....he sems like he has some mental health issues.

Morris, Your friend is lucky to have you. You might consider helping him check into getting food stamps and other assistance programs. Some churches and other organization give out food baskets to the needy. He might need to be checked out at a free clinic to find out exactly what he needs. Here we have a group of doctors and nurses from all fields that donate their time to treat patients that have no where else to turn. It is funded by churches in this area and private donation. I hope he can get the help he needs.
