This is the dedicated Honda Car filter from MANN. Note: Honda Europe and worldwide mostly used this smaller filter size, compared to the USA.
Made in Germany. Thin, soft, pliable ADBV. Nitrile-rubber bypass valve. Inner tube of the Filter is riveted.

I wanted to switch to this filter for my honda because I've grown fond of using mann filters on my bmw. They sell the w610/6 on amazon.de

Unfortunately, it looks like the Fram ultra can't be beat if you have access to it.

From Mann - W 610/6 is rated to ISO 4548-12, 14µ at 50% efficiency, 33µ at 99% efficiency.

Fram ultra is 99% efficient at 20 microns. At 10 microns it’s 94% efficient.

I guess it's more efficient than the OEM A02 filter (50-60% efficient at 20um range).

Does the extra efficiency make a difference..? you guys would know better than me

My view: Cleaner oil is always better than dirtier oil. Nobody can prove that cleaner oil doesn't result in less engine wear - every lubrication study on the subject matter shows that cleaner oil results in less wear. How much is up to the person buying the filter to decide since it's his vehicle and money. Running a more efficient oil filter certainly isn't going to hurt anything except cost a few more dollars out of the wallet.
