M1 TDT 5w40 - What 1qt to add to it?

This is going in a 3.6L V6 Ford engine with 130k miles on it. Driven daily through steep and windy mountain conditions on highway and side roads.

Going to fill the sump with a gallon of M1 TDT 5w40 but need an additional quart to make up the rest.

From my stash below what would you use?

M1 AP 0w20, 5w20, 5w30
M1 EP 10w30
M1 0w30

Owner's Manual calls for 5w20 and 7.5k OCI's. Obviously I don't follow that.

I would use from the entire stash and skip the 5w40

Out of those, I think I would use the 10w-30.

Simple. If your going to continue with the 5w-40 just get another jug and use it for top off at oil changes.
