I installed a JVC Android Auto JVC KW-V830BT DVD Receiver and backup camera in our trusty Tundra yesterday; finished today.
Had an error message telling me to stop and sep parking break or something.
Youtube told me to ground the "parking wire" to the radio chassis. Ding ding ding!
More of an experiment than anything. Except all the Costco shoppers who don't watch where they are going; the camera is for them.

The radio was a refurb, $299; the camera was maybe $20.
The truck has the tow package; finding the reverse lead was easy even for an electrical bonehead like me.

I love my Turnda. Waze is fun. All good.

I almost went the dual-din Android Auto route in my Carrera but I think it spoils the classic look. So a compromise - In hindsight, the Android Auto would have been far easier to live with, as right now I don't really have anywhere decent to put my phone.

But, it wouldn't look like this:

No factory camera; it is a 2001 model. Decent cheapo from Amazon.
By the way, your Porsche is stunning.

Thanks. It's a a nice little workspace.

I've been considering adding rearview with a built in monitor so that I can have a backup cam.

I installed the model below that one(KW-V740) into a friend's Subaru a few weeks ago and he loves it. The nice part about JVC, seeing that they are a part of Kenwood now is that the wiring between the two is the same and an easy upgrade path if you want to get something nicer in the future.

Alpine, Pioneer and now Sony require the parking brake wire to be connected to the actual parking brake and a pedal/lever dance is done to access the menus/play DVDs or movies. A Micro-Bypass or certain PAC radio replacement module can do the parking brake sequencing to bypass the parking brake connection.

That doesn't look too bad at all, I assume You notched your trim for the USB cable. Which, BTW, there are some that will snap into Toyota switchblanks.

Certainly looks better than my hack install:

Yes the 2 cables are for 2 cell phones: 1 for Android Auto and whatever; the other for a passenger.
Play your music and stuff. I will probably get some shorter ones.
Good enough for my old truck.
Thanks!
