Just a photo of the '52, while out to eat.

She's a 1952 Chevy DeLuxe. Under the hood is a rebuilt 1955 235 cubic inch straight 6, 2 single barrel carbs, and a split exhaust manifold with glass-packs. Transmission is a 3 on the tree... no stinking PowerGlide here.

The interior is stock, and it hasn't been cut up or hacked on. It's never had a radio, as far as I can tell. The block-out plate is still in the dash. Converted over to 12 volt system.

It's an original Indiana car, no front license plate bracket ever.

The paint is Chrysler Dark Amethyst (purple). It has ghost flames under the paint. Everything was repainted... door edges, door jambs, under the hood and in the trunk. The wheels are Cragar SS Classic with Hoosier (what else for an Indiana car?) raised white letter tires.

It's not a show car, but a really nice 4 door driver... and it gets driven.

52 came with 235 c.i.

'52 still used the 92 horse 216 on 3 speed manual cars. The 105 horse 235 came with the Powerglide. In '53 they went to the 235 across the board, but for some reason only the '53 Powerglide cars got full pressure lubrication.
