I got Band Hero...can I use Guitar Hero too?

Need some info. I got Band Hero for my daughter back in 09. She recently, along with some friends, has really gotten into it and we've just about gone through the whole slew of songs that came with that disc. My question, can I simply go out and get Guitar Hero, or Rock Band Hero, simply drop in the disc, and we can play a whole bunch of other songs or am I limited strictly to the Band Hero disc? I don't want to down load anything, my wifi speed is slow as dirt. We are using it on the Wii platform.

You should be able to get Guitar Hero World Tour or Guitar Hero 5 for next-to-nothing, and the instruments should work with it just fine. You would just take out the disc for Band Hero and put in the disc for Guitar Hero. There shouldn't be any required downloads/updates for it on the Wii.
