How do my DRLs look?

GM thought alot of things, and look where that got them. I'm done with GM products after this car someday can get traded in.

Meh. Function over form, I guess. But, the hood and silver parts of the bumper would look better if it were painted all the same color.

Man, what an honest crowd. I was expecting someone to be nice.

Im not saying I have anything better, but that car is hideous to begin with. You made it worse by changing the hood.

The lights look good, but not really at home on the car. However, I bet everything looks real nice at night!

Doo iit. I have 55w HIDs on my 3 and love it. My parents cars have them too. It rocks to see at night.

Not trying to be smart, but do you want DRLs to be seen or to look "cool"? If you want them so you will be seen, email Daniel Stern Lighting. He has a DRL module that uses your existing turn signal bulbs and is probably of much higher quality than what you have. It'll get you noticed better.

Yes, RSX.

btw- the supplier designated these leds as "white" and the photo does make it a lil more purple than live.

I think the led's look nice. I just bought a strip.

I want to wire them to my parking lights. any advise on how i can do this?

Ground the negative wire, and for the positive I need to wire it to the same wire for the parking lights? How can I wire them?

I like the idea of LED DRLs. They're not glaring. But you definitely get "noticed". Getting noticed isn't always a rice thing. I'd rather someone see me coming than not see me coming. I don't care if they think I "look rice" or not. If they see me, they're not turning in front of me.

I also like the idea of using blue bulbs in the high beams to combat the DRL brown-out. I may do just that myself in my Camry. I agree that the Honda DRLs are particularly yellow, but at least they're something. (If you can't tell, I'm a fan of SOME forward lighting during the day.) The LEDs are a good solution that reduces electric load to near nothing, and are very noticeable.

For the poster who mentioned the new Golf LED aftermarket/mimick units, I would be interested in the link!
