How do I turn this setting off on macOS?

There is this setting/feature in macOS, under Safari, where if you browse to Gmail.com or a Google Account and sign it, Safari/macOS will prompt if you want to add this as an internet account for the OS.

Does anyone know how or if you can turn this prompt off? Thanks.

Add it as an internet account and it will stop.
