Help with Samsung S20 FE 5G - Notifications blasting thru earpiece while on call.

So there is a nasty bug that my S20 FE 5G has.

Because this is an emergency after hours phone, I must leave the repeat reminder / notification setting turned on. Way to often a call comes in and I miss it, then I catch it 2 minutes later by the repeat notification.

However the issue is, unless I read the text, or view the call, ever 2 minutes a full volume blast notification comes thru the ear speaker. It will stop your heart it is so loud. How can I prevent this?

Go to Notifications, setting, plug in the earphone and adjust the volume there. It should be in the same area where you choose the notification sound. Usually, there are seperate sound profiles for speakers vs. earphones or Bluetooth.

sorry i meant the ear speaker on the phone.
