Had my keester x-rayed today

I had a bike accident on Friday. Serious muscle pull, actually my buttock long muscle pulled some of the hip bone material.

I am now declaring after 3 day my as.......I'm in some serious pain. Can't sit on a toilet seat!! Getting up from a chair is a SLOW nasty process. I can't lay on my belly and bend at the knee to bring my foot up......they did a mess of tests to make sure it's not my back....
 
That is not a common injury. You are actually better off it wasn't your back. I hope you are working with a PT so they can give you a good rehab protocol. If your butt muscles and hamstrings get too tight it can start to affect your back. No rigorous stretching yet though. Man, take it easy!

How did you actually pull it?

I hope you feel better soon Pablo let it heal, enough radiation.... I went through the same thing with so many tests and all negative results my friend is a doctor and he kept telling me enough tests already.. Im worried that i over radiated myself with all the x-rays and die they shot into my blood!

Did they cover your privates with lead? They are suppose to cover this area since testicles are highly sensitive to x-rays/ionizing radiation (ie, risk of cancer).

I sure hope the guy didn't lose his family jewels in the process!
 
Hope you get better quickly Pablo

Been pretty lucky on bikes over the years. Got in one accident and scraped my shoulder about 25 years ago. Looked like just a scrape. It was much deeper than I thought.

Took a long time to heal, and every time I bent my arm down it would crack open and start to bleed.

I think it's more a risk of having future children with 4 arms and 3 eyes or something like that...
