Went to AZ yesterday to pick up some GC before the rebate ends at the end of the month. AZ wanted $6.19 per quart. I got 7 quarts with tax came to $43.33. Minus $20.00 Autozone Rewards rebate card, minus $10.00 Castrol rebate, minus the $4.00 credit for the qualifying AZ Rewards purchase equals $9.34 divided by 7 equals $1.34. I love playing with AZ Rewards program. The local AZ is 2 blocks from my house and I drive right by it every day coming home from work. I maintain 5 family vehicles, so whenever I have work on them coming up, I stop by and buy just enough to cover the $20 requirement for the rewards program. That way I get almost 20% back on all my maintenance costs. BTW my AZ always has plenty of GC. I even saw some American made for the first time, but I have yet to find any green.

Nice deal, congrats on the GC score. I have you beat though. Just bought a 6-pack of GC and mailed in my Castrol "Stay Connected" rebate form to get reimbursed for up to $40 of the cost (I paid approx. $37 for the 6-pack). So a free case of GC for me

where to get the rebate form ?

Yeah, where did you get that rebate? The name sounds vaguely familiar, but I can't find one in my records.

Thanks.

What is the $20.00 Autozone Rewards rebate card and $4.00 credit for the qualifying AZ Rewards purchase? Can the OP explains a little more please?

When you spend at least $20 at AZ they give you a card. It used to be a punch card but now it is electronic. Then, when you get 5 purchases, They give you a $20 AZ gift card. So in effect, for every $20 you spend you get $4 back. I had a card from other purchases and was just playing a little math game. I can really watch what I spend there because the location is so convenient. It is on the right hand side of the road, and I pass it every day coming home from work. The guys that work know what I am doing because I will stop in there and buy a couple of qts of oil and a filter 5 days in a row.

I thought I did a good job but AndyH kicked my butt. I wish I had heard about the stay connected rebate!
