My dad is sellling the 2015 and keeping the 2018. Both key fobs on the 2015 are mint and no wear at all. One of the fobs on the 2018 is really worn bad. I know I can handle the swap of the key stub myself as I found a video on how to take it apart. I need help knowing how to unprogram and reproram the fobs to the actual vehicles.

It's in the owner's manual. Ford has PDFs of those, web search to find...
I did it differerntly. I removed the key stub, and swapped the cases, and swapped the little circuit boards. No programming needed.
