Found this site when looking for car buying tips/advice. 13 Step program kept me out of showrooms and away from sales people until the final day. Even that day could have been done by fax or online. There is another site that uses the "Fax Attack" ,they will also send an information package on the vehicle your going to purchase. I paid less than invoice for a 2002 Sienna. Fighting Chance
