By default everyone was subscribed to the email daily digest when we installed the tool. We don't want to annoy anyone that doesn't want to receive it, so we toggled the field in the database for all users to unsubscribe them.
If you want to receive the daily digest email, then you'll have to subscribe to it in your profile.
