Briggs twin on a zero turn came in with the fuel pump missing, loose blower shroud and no battery. Note states carb problem. Install a new battery, fuel pump and pulse line. Find the new key switch hanging from its wires under the fender. No crank so jump the solenoid. Spark is ok but it won't fire, even with a prime. Pull the plugs to check compression and find this, plug gaps at .075. Regap and it fires and runs with a prime but carb will not pass fuel. The wrong new customer installed key switch is not energizing the carb solenoid to let fuel through. Ugh, some of the stuff I see.
