Being that this is the house label, would the additive pack and base oils be superior to other labels, such as Kendall or Motorcraft?

I have searched for VOAs and UOAs, but have not really been able to assess this for myself.

I can get the Conoco synthetic blend (as well as Motorcraft and Kendall) in my area pretty easily, and I'm curious if there's any reason at all to use it over the other labels the company produces.

Conoco, Phillips and Kendall oils are all basically the same. Motorcraft is slightly different, and I would say better. They are all very close for base oils, etc., however.

Out of the CP family of synthetic blends, I always liked the specs of 76 Super Synthetic Blend. For some reason out of the samples that are tested for the data sheets, 76's product data specs seem to always edge out the others in my opinion; and this is with specs that would vary when making the "same" motor oil for different brands.

I didn't say superior. Just that in my opinion, it historically edged out the others. Using the latest synthetic blend PDS' for 5w30, a couple differences are:

Code:

76 / 66 / Kendall

Pour Pt (f): -44 / -38 / -44

cSt @40C: 66 / 65 / 65

cSt @100C: 10.9 / 10.8 / 10.6

VI: 167 / 163 / 155

I am thinking about changing to this oil for my 2009 oil changes, I like the Mopar oil however my local Dodge dealership changed owners and my discount was lost, by chance I came across a oil distributor near my work and they carry the 76 Lubricants Synthetic Blend for $57.00 5W 30 & $53.00 10W 30 both in a 5 Gallon pail plus they said if I buy Wix oil filters by the case its $4.80 each, I also thought the Data Sheet looked impressive.

I've been using CP Super All-season synthetic blend exclusively after initially trying MC as my first 'synthetic'. I briefly tried M1 and PP in between the MC and this CP blend. I have to get CP from a wholesale distributor as it is not available OTC at all here. This oil makes my car better plain and simple and the data sheet numbers are better then MC 5w-20. The Phillips 66/76 are also available from the distributor but do not come in 5w-20 so that is not an option.
