Good Afternoon folks. Back home after seeing eye specialist yesterday and restful night.

Off a friends 22’ Jeep Renegade with 1.3 engine. Night it with 40k on it. Judging by window sticker I’m guessing 5-5,900? Mike OCI.

IN: MOPAR 0w30 and OEM filter he supplied. Love the hoes in center tube and silicone ADBV.

From working on these at work; the 1.3 engine is a filthy engine as it heats tar out of oil. We go 4,500k OCI’s on ours at work.

Interfill/PG. Maybe it's the light flash but the oil is a dark brown on my screen. Filter looks excellent.

Looks good. Info posted this subforum says a Prem Guard made filter. I looked at the 84356 (7317 equivalent) when last in AAP, have to ask because they are behind the counter. With the 15% online code discount available most all the time, ~$6.65, not bad. Down the road, if similar value and construction, I could be interested.

These and NAPA’s PROFORMER I like; although they have nitrile adbv.

Yeah, without flash you could see how pitch black oil really is
