Can't connect to RockAuto

Anyone else having an issue connecting to RockAuto?

For some reason I can't connect to RockAuto from the home Comcast network. Been like this for the past 2 days. Ruled out systems, routers on the network. Ping and traceroute fails from the Comcast Modem troubleshooting admin page. I switch to data on my cell, no issue connecting. So it must be something between Comcast and RA. Just spent 2 hours on the phone with Comcast resetting the modem, clearing DNS cache. To no avail. Only thing they offer is a new modem.

What else can I try?
 
Spectrum had DNS issues here a few days ago. Try changing your DNS server from auto to 8.8.8.8, reboot and try again.

Can you connect to other website?

Every time I use 1.1.1.1 I have intermittent problems with it timing out and I have had to remove this from the list of available DNS servers to use in my PFSense router.

It's definitely something on their end because I setup a non-stop ping with the results going to a text file and would find here/there in the log generated that it would time out intermittently on requests and last a period of hours before it go back to 100% response rates for hours.

Working fine from Ontario, Canada.

Been having the same problem with Spectrum not connecting to Rockauto.com. Been doing it for a week EVERY morning- then magically every afternoon it works. Very frustrating.
BTW I connect instantly 24/7 if I switch to my cell modem on Verizon.


Spectrum is full of problems could not connect to cpsc.gov for 2 years before they finally fixed it.
