I mean are they relatively healthy being a vegetable? Store has 6.5oz glass cans for $1.25 and although it says 4 servings, I'll have the whole can as a side salad with a sandwich for example.
look at a couple things. Sodium, fat and fiber per serving. That will tell you if it's ok or not. From what I have seen, it's too much salt. A whole can is probably your daily allowance.
I tell my wife I am allergic to any vegetable that I do not like. This would seem to be one of them. But my wife does not seem to believe me about allergy.
