Calling all Nascar fans - help me identify this!

I've been asked to sell this display piece on eBay for a friend of mine. My research so far has turned up nothing. I don't know its value, how to describe it in the auction, etc. Any help into finding exactly was this is would be very much appreciated! It's a 10 pound laser etched glass brick is all i know to say.

It's a 3D laser engraved block of glass. No idea how much it's worth.

Well the 2006 version goes for like $125+s&h from "zellers". I don't know if the 2005 version was a more valuable collectible.
