Blowing power window fuses

Hi everyone,

My car is blowing power window fuses as soon as I install a new fuse.

I assume this suggests there is a short somewhere?

And if I were to check with a multimeter it would register continuity if there is indeed a short, otherwise it would not?

Do they blow before you hit the window up or down button? If so short in switch or somewhere. IF only when the button is pressed then its drag or load on the motor. As motors wear out , they draw more current.
