Actually my sister picked up a Weber kettle grill from Homedepot last fall and it's not even close to the 30 plus year old weber i have that my parents purchased new in the 80's. All the new Weber's say "Designed and engineered" in the USA. The lid is bigger but has half the weight and isn't as thick.
