Av Gas 100LL in small engines and other things

$4.15 a gallon for 100LL here. Interesting. Might go get some.

Seriously, these are the effect of ethanol fuel in the carb bowls from one of my seldom used cars.

It'd be cool if you did an experiment using fuel treatment with gas that had ethanol.
Start with top tier fuel then try MMO, Redline SL1, TC-W3 et Al to see if those products help

100LL is showing at $5.59 at the closest airfield but if I drove 40ish miles I can get it for $4.55 a gallon. Not that I really have a need for it.


40 miles? Nah I'll pass, my local E0 supply is 75¢ or so above regular unleaded and available with a few miles, works just fine for me.
