Any recommendation for finding PP 0w-20

Wal-Mart has the 5W-20 PenzPlat

Any one in New England ever seen PP it any other grade than normal?
Like the illusive 0w30 euro formula, or the 0w20 ?
All I can find up here is 5w20, 5w30, & 10w30.

If so, where do you buy it ?

How much better is PP 0W20 over 5W20 to pay much more than $1/qt after rebate ? If WM has PP 0W20 I would buy it instead of 5W20, but pay $5-6 a quart for it now is not reasonable to me.

In the Northeast the PP is hard to find but Toyota dealers have pallets of it in their shops? Perhaps it's just a temporary supply issue up here. I can only find the 0W-20 from Mobil and then only at Advanced.

5w-20 is fine, but I'd like the better cold start flow of the 0w if I could find it.
