Amsoil BMK30 and EaBP-120 too big for 6.0L Ford?

I used an old oil guard bypass filter years ago on 2004 accord that my brother owns now. I am non- mechanical and might be wrong but reason remember getting oil guard was it ran with small amount of oil pressure so you had more flexibility with mounting it. I think Amsoil relied on gravity so you had limited places to mount. Oil Guard was also smaller overall.

Pretty sure all bypass oil filters use a small amount of pressure.

None of them are "gravity flow only"
