was 2.09 here yesterday in southwest Pennsylvania...doubt it will go much lower with all the taxes here on fuel

Are you sure you read the ingredients right? Normally it would say 80% ethanol, but they usually don't break out the percentage of those other ingredients unless you look at the safety data sheet. $6 is the normal price at Walmart when it's in stock. I managed to get a 2 pack of 34 oz for $8 when they randomly had it in stock one night. You just have to keep refreshing and see when it pops up and then grab it right away. The regular stuff at 62-70% is a gel, 80% is usually pretty watery.
