Bit late posting this lol! Ran this oil longer after this, just tested about mid-way to see what was going on. Enjoy!

Looks like you might of accidently put hours instead of miles? I'll assume it's meant to be miles. Aluminum might show it's shared sump w/clutch? Nice add pack of P & Zn. Are you still able to ride this time of year in the PNW?

Strange, possibly checked the wrong box. Those are definitely miles though. Oh yeah, still great to ride here, IMO! I commute 8 miles each way everyday to avoid hefty parking fees, so I really ride all but 1-3 days year when an ice or snowstorm hits.

Try Red Line's m/c oils. They have ~~450ppm of Mo.
(-:

Molybdenum _can_ be problematic for wet clutches, but is not inherently so. It depends entirely upon what moly compound(s) are used.

We have a 2005 Ninja 250. I run Mobil 1 or Super Tech 10W-40. I added the canister spin on oil filter adapter. 26,000 miles and running strong….well mildly strong. 😉

Bremerton is a pretty good climate for year-round riding!

Have you done UOA on this bike before?
Moly seems high for a wet clutch rated oil
This is the first uoa, since I bought it at 5300miles.

The high moly sure doesn’t affect clutch feel or shifting. Running HPL MC oil now and Amsoil shifted and had better clutch feel.

I run this bike ragged, so fun! Give Amsoil a try, the shifting is really butter smooth and stays that way.

I used to have a 250 Ninja. I think it was a 1988. No car, just the Ninja. I don't think I knew about oil analysis in those days.
