15400-PCX-004 for 04 Accord 4 cyl ?

I read a lot of history in some threads that go back a few years but I wanted to get updated info.
Is it alright to use the 15400-pcx-004 Honda filter (which is for the S2000)in my 4cyl 04 Accord LX automatic?

I have been using the PCX004 filter on our 02 Accord V6 for many miles. Works fine. Honda went to a standardidzed oil filter mount a while back.

I just bought 6 of them from an online vendor, gonna use them in my '06 Civic coupe....

It's the only "made in Japan" oil filter that Honda offers in the states, and I can only wish Honda does not kill off the S2000 line....

yup, there are plenty of guys over at v6performance.net that are using those toyi roki filters on their accord k24's.
