2015 Corolla with 7k miles has “soft brakes”

It's owned by an older lady used for once a week grocery runs. I'm older too, so I won't be doing any brake work. Can air get in the lines without a seal failure?

Is the master cylinder and brake seals covered in the 5 year powertrain warranty? My searches only excluded wearable items like pads and rotors. No fluid against the firewall. Doesn't seem like a master cylinder should fail at 7,000 miles.

Anyone NOT have a problem with Jiffy Lube type places?

For those sharing the wisdom of doing it yourself, I will forward a copy of my C-Spine imaging, then tell me if you'd be climbing under a car pulling on a wrench. Also, some older people, apartment/condo dwellers, and others do not have the option of changing oil themselves.

Anyone NOT have a problem with Jiffy Lube type places?

In New Orleans there's 1 quick Valvoline center in the city, 1 Jiffy Lube in the burbs, and several 5 minute oil change on every corner that features Mobil 1 as its synthetic offering. Without a coupon I believe they are all within 10 bucks of each other. They won't be changing any other...
