@slacktide_bitog here is a virgin an UOA from another user. This is a GL4 MTL oil with significantly more AW/EP additives. Granted Redline might be on the heavy side on additives.

The viscosity is correct for a 75w90 (12.8 to 14.5 cSt). However It looks nearly devoid of AW/EP additives. Here is a UOA of Honda MTF, notice the Calcium/Zinc/Phos. I don't think I personally would want to use this oil. Is there something I'm missing?

I adjusted the valves for the first time at 89K should have done it earlier. A few exhaust valves were tight. I'm not sure if it was residual from zddp additives I've used in the past. (zddp plus and lucas zddp)

I've been told by old mechanics to add a quart of ATF 10-15 miles before an oil change. I've done it to flush engines before with relatively new oil still light brown and after 10 miles with ATF it is black.

Lucas TB zinc plus 10063 is a cheap and has 43,000 ppm. I've been adding 2 tablespoons I have low wear numbers nut not sure if it is related. Worth noting you can get worse wear if you add to much zddp.

There seams to be a lot of silicone to me. I would be tempted to try a different air filter, whatever brand you have in there now is not doing a very good job.

I think all the silicon is harmless and contained in the oil and not a contaminant. The aluminum and iron are probably still just washing out or break in. With Honda MTF starting at 7.5 Cst and shearing down I think you could easily run this oil for 25-30K. Is it harder to shift in the cold...
