I got the TKH -- 002 timing belt kit off Rock Auto for my 08 Acura TL 3.2L multiple years back and had my garage install the components for 600 bucks. Find a reliable/quality garage and you will be fine.

Initial purchase on a used vehicle I will do acouple quick 1-2K oil changes. After that -- pretty much 4-5K consistently.

Walmart for $2.97, I feel confident running this filter on the Tundra for a 5K OCI.

Fram for its 20K rating for me. Sounds like there in the mindset, its a Toyota and as long as there is oil in it were fine.

Welcome to BITOG, remember reading that Quaker State Full Synthetic was very comparable to RGT. They are both made by Shell. QSFS & Quaker State Ultimate Protection are a great bang for the buck.

I like to look at as preventive maintenance. Cant hurt but only help. LubeGard Red I found out through the years to be very beneficial to my various automatic vehicles with higher mileage in the past/present. Note -- only my opinion.
