    engine oil for VW 1.8tfsi (0w30, API SN, ACEA A3 v C3) and these two are taken into account. I know that shell is vw504 and ravenol vw502 but I keep 15000 km intervals so you can use any of them. Looking at the voa, I have a question: will Bor compensate lower levels of Zinc and Phosphor ?

    Good motor oils have high boiling temperature and poor one's low. The problem is, that poor oils starts to boil and evaporate at lower temerature & they almost never make sludge at this test. "Better oils" with higher eveporation temp start to make sludge & these tests show us nothing

    What is better in your opinion: 504.00 0w30 (SHELL HELIX ULTRA PROFESSIONAL AV-L 0W30) or 502.00 0w30 (TOTAL QUARTZ 9000 ENERGY 0W30/ELF EVOLUTION 900 FT 0W30) oil both changed about 10-15000km ?

    Do you have an example of fully synthetic (group IV or V) VW 504.00 motor oil, because all I see are hydrocracked and I wonder if there is any ? Now I use Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0w30 (other name Pennzoil Platinum Euro LX SAE 0W-30) for 1.8tfsi VW engine
