Hi, I ran into a light pole at 5mph in a parking lot somehow. Upon inspection I notice the subframe is deformed/bent where attached to the metal crash bar. Is this considered a big deal as in "bent frame" or a routine normal metal deformation from a front collision. The car drives exactly them same.

Hi How far is it safe to drive, when a vehicle is cold, without a serpentine belt? I am planning on driving a short distance without a sepentine belt(water pump) to diagnose an engine noise(maybe belt tensioner). The vehicle is a 2003 Pontiac Vibe with the 1zz base engine.

Hi Does the downstream O2 have any effect on engine management or does it read temp only and throw a code if out of temp range? I'm replacing the upstream due to degraded fuel economy and age - 150k. If the downstream does not effect engine management I am going to leave it.

Is it neccessary to put oil in the cylinders to start? I would have to take a turbo header off the car to get the plugs out, and would like to avoid that. I was planning on turning the engine over by hand first. The car is a 1993 Mustang GT with a turbo and has sat for 10 years in a Michigan garage.
