It took 4 or 5 weeks to get it back, don't recall exactly but it was a while. At about 5,000 miles I opened the intake and cleaned the MAF. Perhaps leaving the intake open for a little while with the car outdoors let in a bit of dirt. I will see how the next UOA looks before I spend much time...
