Okay, so I've heard from a few people using M1 in their rc car bearings because it is good against corrosion, well, which motor oil hehe would be best? Would it be redline because of its high moly content? or would moly not be helpful in a bearing? any ideas? maybe gc? hehe

Guys, just tried some LC in my oil, added 4 oz. and after taking a nice spirited drive, i noticed my oil pressure at idle is a bit lower than it was before, is this normal? I know LC is pretty thin, but should 4 oz cause my oil pressure to drop?

Looks like castrol changed the formulation of their Longlife-II oil, the new msds, dated July 6th, states that it is fully synthetic with no mineral oil, whereas the old msds specified mineral oil. Just a heads up for those interested.

Today I saw GC's newest bottle design number on bottom is MO4097xxxx, on the front it doesnt say OUT performs leading motor oils, like it used to in the other design instead it says OUT performs ALL leading motor oils. Cool. Also the NEW BP logo is on the back, still made in Germany!

Anyone here try Redline's 15w-40? I'm wondering if i should try their 5w-40 or 15w-40... they are sooo similar in viscosities at 40 and 100 degrees... 5w-40 15w-40 10w-40 @40 94 97 96 @100 15.1 14.5 14.6 I noticed that on Redline's pdf it says the 15w-40 is "diesel only" Anyone have any advice?
