A few considerations:
- The hybrid uses a planetary gear power split device. You will not need to replace the “transmission”. These power split devices essentially never fail.
- The cited battery pack quote was from a dealer. Reconditioned (with excellent warranties) Toyota hybrid batteries...
Likely going to start an infinite nuclear chain reaction that disintegrates the universe. Do not advise.
After further consideration, no problems will result. Mix and enjoy.
It is certainly all the rage to bash Tesla these days, and vehicle taste is certainly a personal phenomenon, but I have seen a few Cybertrucks on the road and I’d love to have one. A very long wait list suggests I’m not alone.
So far this appears to be a fine product at an attractive price. I’d have no qualms about buying it if HPL were not available and affordable enough (to me).
My Toyota engines get a change at 1,000mi, 5,000mi, then every 5,000 thereafter.
I recently switched to HPL PP PCMO. I will continue using OEM filters for a 5,000mi OCI.
