Plumbing house repipe, copper or PEX?

I have seen cpvc hot lines soften and become taffy like. On the other hand pex can handle 210 degree water with no ill effects. I have used it on heating lines where copper installation is difficult. I don't think that cpvc should ever be used in any application above 160 degrees.

Is there a reliable head unit for Trimmer Plus?

My son purchased a Dewalt string trimmer. I broke right out of warranty. Barely used and lightly used. Since then I have a two year old Stihl battery trimmer. It is so much better than the Dewalt.

I might add that my recommendations for a toilet are based on current generation toilets that are say no more than 12 years old. A lot has changed since the 90's

Best toilet for my new house?

Get a Kohler of your choice. Best brand out there. Their glazing is very tight and stays a lot cleaner than others. Also very reliable and parts are ez to get should you ever need them.

Plumbing house repipe, copper or PEX?

I have seen problems with CPVC after about 15-20 years. It can become very brittle and easily break especially on hot water lines. I see a future class action lawsuit brewing here.

Plumbing house repipe, copper or PEX?

Use Sharkbite fittings. They have a full line of Sharkbite valves and fittings. Don't use a knockoff brand.
