Good Day, I took a oil sample from my BMW 2 years ago with the intentions of sending it in. It has been stored in my garage in a plastic container with closed lid ever since. Is it too late to send it in? I don't want to waste money if time has alltered the sample composition. TIA

So, on my 2006 Pathfinder, after an oil change and adding 5 Liters of oil & filter, the level on the dipstick only shows half way up. As in the level is half way up the hash marks between full and add. Dipstick and the dipstick tube are not bent. Any idea why this happens?
