This is the first UOA I have posted. The vehicle is my 1996 BMW 328i with 201k miles at the sample date. This oil was run 6,096 miles / 3 months of mostly highway driving.

My 96 BMW 328i has 170k miles. Since purchase 20k miles ago, I have been using Mobil 1 synthetic 10w-30. I've been told I should use a thicker oil for this engine, so I am looking at 10w-40s. Any opinions on Mobil 1 10w-40 "high mileage" versus Castrol Syntec 10w-40?
