I've never heard about an e-transaxle. I'm curious what the difference in fluid properties are? And is this transaxle that different from a standard transaxle? Good call on the OEM though.

I'll echo another comment here, I'd get a transmission cooler on it. The fluid change interval is definitely short, but hey if it makes you feel better. I do a spill and fill 1-2 times a year on my old cars. Basically whenever it's convenient.

Looks like I picked the perfect time to switch coolants. The local Advance Auto is going out of business was 50% - 80% off everything. $13 for a gallon of G05 Concentrate, so I might own 5 bottles now :cool:

Quick update, just purchased 3 gallons of Zerex G05 concentrate so I'll be changing from the Zerex Original Green here soon. I plan on doing a thorough distilled water flush first, but just incase there's a teeny bit of Green still in the car it sounds like Green and G05 are not a problem if...
