I doubt the M1 0W40 FS is going to be SP since it was never SN+.
For an oil lower in sulfated ash, consider the M1 ESP Formula 0W40...if you can find it.

I have heard about people ordering the AA160s online and being sent the blue cans...the seller would then try to say that what was sent was what Subaru Of America recommended to replace the black Tokyo Rokis and resist giving a refund.
The 5/7055 filters are solidly built, but I don't like the...
Surprised that this is not dexos1 Gen 2 oil (judging by the calcium level) given that the OPer must have poured it in or after late 2018...that standard went live in September of 2017 and the major brands had d1G2 jugs out on the shelves pretty soon after that.
I think this looks like a decent...
The real problems I had with anybody else changing my oil were the upselling and having the drain plugs over tightened or even mangled. I think somebody with an air tool has no issue with taking a tight and maybe damaged drain plug off, different story for me in a tight space with my long torque...
I wonder if the GM recommendation to change the plugs at 60kmiles could be due to LSPI damage...I know a lot of severely damaged plugs were found when the Subaru 2.0l DIT engines were recalled around 2016ish. The techs told me my plugs looked OK but that it made sense to replace them at 40kmiles...
I bought Pennzoil Platinum 10W30 for my summer change this year and now will probably not put new oil in until Novemberish because I have been working from home and not driving many miles. Normally I am a solid 5kmiles every 3 months driver.
I don't particularly care to use 10W30 for a New...

Subaru recommends 91 or over for my FXT, so I almost always run 93 as that is the most common octane level for premium around here.
It's nice that the price is down, but I'm not burning too much gas these days...I'd go back to high gas prices with no pandemic conditions in a split second as...

Plan 9 from Outer Space is considered by some critics, including Michael Medved, to be the worst film in the history of cinema. So bad it has became a cult classic.
Plan 9 is in the so bad it's good genre...it's actually fun to watch...

Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Steve Martin was in both of these...I actually like a lot of his movie work, but these two are painful all around.

The battery that came in my Forester seemed extremely poor to me, I think I replaced it after two years.
The one in my daughter's Impreza seems to be a better unit for some reason.
I haven't looked at the one in my wife's Legacy XT yet, I think it is supposed to be something of a different...
