Thanks everyone, would you guys say this would be a good oil to stick to in my car? i have been running m1 afe in my 2010 legacy with good results, which would be a better choice???

So i just changed my oil with gc ow30 in my subaru legacy which requires 5w30, i am not doing any harm by putting 0w30 in a car that should get 5w30 right?
