Cheapest way to order Amsoil products?

What's the best way to order Amsoil products? I feel like I've read on BITOG that you can order through a site sponsor and get ~20% off. Of course there is always just buying online and getting it shipped (and having to pay for shipping) or buying through a local affiliate, but probably paying...

MTF recommendation for 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T?

Hi guys, I'd like to get a good recommendation for a manual transmission fluid for my 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T. I have 100,000 miles on it. I've done my homework and read what's available on here for my car. There is no good consensus. Amsoil recommends their 75W-90 GL-4. Some people really like the...

Is there only one weight for it? Is there more than one "Maxlife"? Where is a good place to get it cheap?

ATF Recommendation for 2002 Subaru Outback 2.5L

My wife drives a 2002 Subaru Outback (4 cylinder, base model). We are approaching 80,000 miles and it's almost 10 years old. I don't believe it's ever had the ATF changed. What should I replace it with? What do you guys recommend?

Can you mix viscosities of oil?

I have a leftover quart of Mobil 1 5W-30. I'd like to switch over to a 0W-30 or -40 for the next OC for better cold performance. Mobil 1 gallon jugs are on sale for $19.99. The Subaru takes 4.2 quarts. Can I put in 4 quarts of 0W-xx and top off the remaining 200 mL with the extra quart of Mobil 1?
