I have a 2002 Silverado with a 5.3 V-8 that uses an AC Delco PF-59 filter. I think the filter is rather small. Is there a larger filter that will fit on my engine? Thanks. Tim C

Barkleymut Amsoil is way expensive and you don't need it. With your type of driving I would use a Heavy Duty oil like Chevron Delo 400 and change it when the light on your dash says it's time. Tim C

Dan, According to the tech sheet that Chevron faxed me about an hour ago the Delo 400 Synthetic 5W40 is rated API CI-4 Tim C

I called a local distributer here in Phoenix and they have the 5W40. They quoted me $93.94 per case (four 1 gallon jugs) wich works out to 5.87 per quart. Tim C
