My son ran 0w-20 in his Taurus SHO year round. That's what was spec'd.
0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-30, straight 30..... all are 30 wt. at operating temperature which is a lot hotter than anywhere on earth that we inhabit....
Unless racing for a living... 20 is probably just fine in most gas engines....
Sabre Pro. Ams has successfully tested it to 200:1, but for a variety of reasons market it with a 100:1 recommended ratio.
I wouldn't mix it at 50:1 as that is just costing $$$
The old mindset that insists on 25:1 has a hard enough time accepting 50:1, never mind 100:1. 150 or 200:1 would blow...
Going by the White Paper that Ams published (G2156 - temporarily offline) I would not hesitate using the Torco oil - especially since you have the package.
It scored significantly higher overall than RP, Motul, & Lucas.
It is not one area or test that makes a superior oil, it is the total...
