    900hp on the wheels...that's a lot of power, this car must be gorgeous. For this aplication I think your engine builder has given you the best engine oil recomendation, I wouldn't second guess it.

    That's why I like the good ol' dipstick. Never trust electronic gadgets in exess, sometimes they even can lie to you that your car has burnt 2/3 to 3/4 quart of oil in 128(!) miles. I really think the measurement of the oil level was not correct, an engine really capable of burning this amount...

    The ones of you livng in England may use Millers oils - a superb brand. If you insist on 0W-30 their CFS 0W-30NT is a real synthetic triple ester oil, of some highest quality and AFAIK prices in Britain are quite tentative. Also can use Motul.
