How should I use the OLM with Syn Oil? I know how to reset the monitor. But If I use a high quality Syn oil and change out the filter say at 5,000miles and chage all at 10k. Does this sounds right?

It has the 3.5V6. I am not sure what I should do if I go to a SYN oil.

I just purchased a 01 yamaha. It hasn't been riden in 2 years. When I started it up I could tell the gas was going bad. I will dump all the old gas out and start fresh. My fear is that is might have some gum in the carb and I want to clean it out. What would be a good cleaner threw the gas? Thanks
