    Gas dryers need a Metal vent and I was told many years ago that they were $.50 a load cheaper to run, would be higher now. A Electric Hot Water heater is the biggest used of electricity in your home.

    A rare but something that can happen is that the rubber brake line is the problem. This just happened to a friend and the problem was solved by replacing the rubber line.

    They are a real small Company and their products are Great. I have a can of Marque D'Elegance and you will never look back and it will last forever on the car and in the can. Just put it on very very thin and it will buff right off.

    The Borax is great to remove the ant problem. That's a lot of water out of the sill plate........you need to fix that first. Your hot and humid weather adds a lot to your problem.
